Project Grow
This is Sammy. He is one of the children of Project Grow. Sammy lives with his father who works hard in construction and does his best to support his son in every way he can. Sometimes it is hard for Sammy and his father as Sammy’s mother is not in the picture to take care of the nurturing side of things or provide a second income. Sammy is an energetic, bright child who always has a smile on his face and sparkle in his eye. Unfortunately, Sammy was not able read as well as he really can because he had lost his glasses. Thankfully one of the Project Grow teachers noticed and was able to utilize the resources of Adopt-A-Family to get a new pair of glasses for Sammy. Now Sammy is back to reading about his favorite frog, Kermit!
